handspring clinic

FOCUS: Athletes will work on learning running/standing back handsprings, round-off back handspring, and back handspring series.

SKILL REQUIREMENT: Athletes must have their backbend kick over & a solid round off on their own without a spotter in order to attend this clinic.

tucks clinic

FOCUS: Athletes will work on learning connecting tucks to back handsprings & other tucks connection variations.

​

SKILL REQUIREMENT: Athletes must have a solid double/triple standing & running back handspring on their own without a spotter in order to attend this clinic.

stunt clinic

FOCUS: Athletes will work on learning the stunting basics & more. Bases, back spots, & flyers can sign up for this clinic!

Tumbling with Dom clinic

FOCUS: Athletes will work on learning running/standing back handsprings and tucks.

summer camps

SoCo Cheer Camp

Focus: Campers will learn 3-5 cheers, a 4 8-count dance, work on jumps, tumbling, and stunts. We'll also play games and hold competitions for jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance. On Thursday, parents are invited to a special showcase where athletes will demonstrate everything they've learned!

Summer at SoCo

Focus: Campers will have open gym time, snacks, make crafts, play games, do a scavenger hunt, watch movies, and much more!

Daily Themes: 

Monday: Dress like your favorite Disney character

Tuesday: Wear neon

Wednesday: Wear Western

Thursday: Wear SoCo colors

open gym

Open Gym is a 1.5 hour drop-in session open to children ages 5+ who want to work on tumbling & jumps. All tumbling levels are welcomed! Coaches will be available to assist athletes.
